Mike is a 215-HWT who wrestled for Mira Mesa High School until his parent transferred their jobs to North Carolina just before his senior year.  Mike hadtaken up "throwing" and the "Greco way" the year before and wound up finishing 4th in HS state in 2005.  At Jr Western Regionals in Las Vegas he wrestled with the Fall Guys and finished just out of the money in GR losing to the Champion in his final match.  He came back to finish 5th in Freestyle.

On returning home he went to NC state for FS and GR where he finished 1st in GR and 2nd in FS.  He's currently attending college in NC on a wrestling scholarship.
